I am going to miss my roommates, but mostly I am going to miss 

the pretty little Lexie!

Isn't she adorable! Here are some of  her adventures:

Sleeping, she takes 80 naps a day. PLUS her eight hours at night

I was reading and she was laying by me, playing with her duck and the next thing I knew, she was sleeping!

when Mair visited, she was laying on the couch reading and Lex thought it would be a great place to relax and play with her pink stuffed bone.

Sitting on my bed, looking out the window and I thought it would be a great moment to take a picture of her long hair!

She thinks she has to be my alarm clock and jump on me and paw at me and lick my face..best alarm clock ever! It always makes me laugh and so Im not grumpy about waking up.

story: jenni was being really mean and wouldn't take lexie on a road trip and then she was even more mean by putting lexie on the table and then leaving the house!!!! I went downstairs and Lexie was whinning and shaking and she didnt dare jump down because she probably would have died because that table is really really tall! poor poor lexie, she is abused and I wont be here to defend her.. :) jk!! Jenni is actually the best mother in the world! And Im not saying that so she wont beat me..Im saying it cuz it is true! Brent is a really good dad to lexie! She loves them both and is so excited when she hears them come home and has major anxiety

when they are gone! Like right now, she is looking out all the windows and pacing and running to every sound thinking it could be them coming home.

adventure house

My friend Erica got a dog for her boys to play with..well, her husband made a doghouse. (this all happened before august) Erica and her cousin painted a sign with the dog's name on. I supervised. I also laughed at the boys and the neighbor "kyle". they were getting paint everywhere! The dog even got some on him. well the sign is slightly special but it is AWESOME! Pinto is the dogs name.. it means drunk in spanish.. its not even pinto for pinto beans! anyways, here is a picture of it nailed onto the doghouse!

baby just wanted to try it out, see if he could fit.. well, the other wo boys climbed in behind and pinto wanted to go in and it was a huge mess, but funny! I miss erica and her boys!!! I miss her cousin too but I dont even know how to spell her name so im not even going to try. bark if you love pinto's house! I dont know why I didnt get a picure of pinto..

my colorado/meese adventure

SORRY it has taken so long to blog about this..it has taken me a while to be ok with it.  MY COLORADO/MEESE ADVENTURE!!

I found out that my favorite band, MEESE, was breaking up and they were doing their last concert after a COLORADO RAPIDS game. I called Ry, or text him.. and we decided to go. I hadn't even heard of the RAPIDS..and I was nervous to see MEESE in their hometown. I dreamed about meeting them again and meeting my other fav band and their close friends THE FRAY. Ry and I were excited to stand on the corner of first and amistad(FRAY song).  Well we started our adventure and we drove through Vernal Utah, were we stopped to have our picture with the PINK dinosaur, although it didnt make it into here, know that it is one of my fav pictures! HELLO, pink and a dinosaur, what else could be better? A SADDLED dinosaur maybe?! All the sinclair dinosaurs in colorado have saddles! Isn't that amazing?!?! There might have been a flashing incident while I was climbing the dinosaur..wind blowing + lifting leg over dinosaur = cars honking at me;) and ry had his back turned looking at himself in the glass window..why do I put up with him?

We continued our way into Co, we stopped in Vail for the night. Vail was simply magical!!! We went to dinner at this European place called Alpenrose. We dined outside on this amazing patio while this amazing man played the keyboard..mostly the fray! We had the most amazing waiter(brother to keyboard player). Dinner was amazing, desert was amazingX10 and overall, Vail was beyond amazing! We continued our adventure the next day by matching..didnt mean to!

We found a hotel, then went sight seeing! I love love this horse on a GINORMO chair! oh and the fact that I am looking down!

Ry didnt appreciate the lay of the city streets and was complaining. I said to him, Well, not all cities could be as inspirational as Salt Lake! This town was made by cowboys and BRIDGETTERS(meaning jim bridger like people aka mountain men) well ry laughed super hard and when we found this statue, I had to have a pic!

My favorite statue!!! It is on top of an art museum. Indian and Cowboy fighting! LOVE it! There were so many giant statues! This BLUE bear was outside of a convention center.

We loved walking and driving around Denver and all of Colorado! It was so fun! We ate at good places, slept at good places..all thanks to mr fancypants. Dont get me wrong, I enjoyed every bit of it!! Before the game/concert, we went to this outdoor mall and it was so much fun! There were these statues of bears playing(looked like karate to me) hmm where is that picture??? anyways, we went to the game/concert and there were fun things to do outside the stadium but we went inside to try and catch a glimpse of MEESE!

My cute hair was ruined because it was raining off and on and HAILED at one point. Biggest hail I have ever seen! It was crazy cool!

First soccer game ever = crazy fun lady sitting next to me screaming to the team about being pansies and other fun things I have forgotten. During half time, all the mascots from all the denver teams(bb, soccer, etc) played a messed up crazy game of soccer! It was great! Notice the clouds in the sky!! We were in the middle of a flash flood warning, severe thunderstorm advissory, AND a tornado advissory!!!!

Shortly after the half time game, the rain started..and man did it pour! By the end of the game(which was 1-1 and everyone just got up and left..apparently they can tie..I was NOT ok with it! But I didnt care cuz these girls next to us told us that we get to go out onto the field and watch MEESE and the best fireworks show in Colorado. It was the 4th of July afterall..anyways, we were SOAKED! But it was ok cuz the storm was awesome and I was so excited to see the loves of my life! *huge crush on nathan meese if you didnt know* Well, we ran out onto the field screaming/singing/dancing and having a good time. Everyone on the field was having so much fun! We were right up next to where they were going to play and the announcer comes on "due to safety precautions, meese will not be preforming but promise to play at another rapids game" ry and I were devastated!!! I was crying and ry was close to it, and everyone around us is still dancing/singing/playing in the massive rainstorn..it was horrible. We tried to talk to security people and a couple did talk to us and all they did was come to the next game..what part about us driving lots of miles to get here didnt they understand? We just wanted to go backstage and nobody would pity us and let us back! I was so mad that I walked out to the car (ry following a sobbing me) and wrapped in a DRY blanket and sat inside. There was a pole in the way so I couldnt see most of the fireworks but I was too upset. We finally got back to the hotel and changed and got all our wet stuff to take to the dryers which were forever away just to find out it was locked and wouldnt open til the am. Did I mention I had blisters on my feet from soggy socks bunching up and then walking everywhere.. yeah not fun! We got back and went to sleep. In the am when I woke up, my eyes hurt and were puffy from crying and my hair was everywhere cuz i slept on it wet.. we got ready, ate breakfast and went on our way.. we didnt find 1st and amistad, we didnt even SEE meese..only a picture of them on the bigscreen, my aunt and uncle werent even home to go see(oh i wanted to go see their house and where they lived but ry wouldnt take me, bum!), we were super depressed and grumpy so we had a couple fights on the way home...lets just say that it was NOT the best vacation I went on..

Day With the Kids

Last saturday, Ty and Shay spent the day with me!!! First adventure, we went out to the great stone face to look for another pet and rocks. Sadly we didnt find anything..

we went to mcdonalds so the kids could play on the playground. i remembered the good ol days when it first opened and katie black had her bday party there and i met some cool people like danielle johnson/killpack. but we were so young that no one remembered me by the time the two schools combined(north and south)..

then we went to the rock shop! we got pendants and made cool necklaces. we then made braclets..ok i did while the kids went swimming AGAIN. before we made stuff, we watched veggietales and ate junk. good times! haha! i gave up on capitalization a long time ago. deal with it or go read something else less cool!

Shay HAD to have a braclet like the ones Bree and I made for each other..Bree is her new best friend.

after all our other adventures, we had a dance party!I mopped the kitchen floor so it was super slick and gave the kids clean socks. I cranked up the music and handed the kids spatulas(for mikes). We had so much fun!! Shays favorite was gLee's version of bad romance. It was one of Ty's favs but he loved gLee's version of dream on! he loved pretending to play the guitar and screaming!!! The day was the best ever!!!

Shay tuckered out after dancing! during the slower songs, she would run to me and i would lift her and dance around. she LOVED it! both kids were so tired whtn i took them home! on the ride, shay said she was ready to get into her winnie the pooh blanket. Ty did get sick in the middle of the night.. apparently junk+playing hard ALL day=upset stomach..oh well, at least we have a great memory!!!

Joys of Being Friends With Bree

I went to see my best friend Bree Anne Olsen! She lives in Mt Pleasant in this cute adorable house that they (mostly her hubb travis) are fixing up to be grand and glorious! I loved the drive. I sang. I got to Bree's and we made eclair cake and ate waffles. They were super yummy! ps i left before i could eat the cake. :( Then Travis picked us up in his cool awesome truck that is having issues with the brakes..I was NOT ok with dying that day...he took us up the mountain to an Olsen family party! It totally reminded me of Faris family party/campout/canyonview park. I had fun. I made bree a braclet. I ate a sloppy JO! I threw a pinecone at Mailey.(who i heard wasn't coming, but sorpresa! she is travis' sis. i heart her) I met Travis' other sis and bro in law. Got sun. Swung on swings. is swung right? took the family picture. Made fun of grandma for having an old school camera. Enjoyed myself.

We then went to walmart for a while then went to tin plate pasta for dinner...mostly i just wanted leftovers..which i had for TWO days. It was glorious! Then we went to my friend Krista's house but she wasnt home so we played on sno campus. They are mostly finished with the new library and I wanted to see it. There is a statue! It is Lorenzo Snow and Erastus Snow, the founders of snow college. Bree helped make Erastus' left butt cheek! pictures below! Then we ran into our friend Shalyn and her hubby Josh and their dog Harry..or is that their cats name? hmm. then we all went to get snow cones in Spring City at this lady's house that will make them for you anytime you want. they are glorious! they have ice cream in them and pure bliss mixed with heaven. Bree had to go to work and I drove home.. to a dirty kitchen!!!! I cleaned it purposly the night before so I could come home to a CLEAN KITCHEN!! My dearest sister and her kids were there earlier in the day and had lunch and made a mess! urg!

The Big Fight

Isn't this picture just great!!! I got it on bing! I just searched images for fights and I was going to put some stick figures fighting but that would be false advertisement and this picture is just so totally wonderful! Thankyou to whoever I borrowed it from. I love that info is not very public..at all! ANYWAYS, Im excited for the fight! If you havent been following facebook, its going to take place may 31 at 9am in the parking lot of the sands apartments. Dont really think it will happen cuz lets face it, my sistas are chicken!!! BUT it is sceduled for Monday...the end of a long weekend of all being TOGETHER.. someone might crack and throw a punch before the scheduled time. Ten bucks says its Jenni..baha. no I think Lexie will snap first. With the kids bugging her and everyone paying attention to AJ and not her, she might just go insane! Hey this made me have a thought, we should attempt for another picture! mair~mair will be all dolled up and rosie cheeked all thanks to JOSH, my hair has been in a good mood lately, we will give Jenni a makeover and Lori just got a cute haircut, so we should all be looking FABULOUS! I uppercased a lot of words..thats fun. Next post will probably be of someones black eye! chuckle if you support sibling violence!

*Cotton Belle Jones* aka cottonball

This is my turtle Cotton..Petter cotton tail meets the turtle and the hare.. I love her and she loves everyone. Especially ME and her babysiters, the Jackson family. She was in a semi suicidal depression for a week after her stay with them. I have had her for about a year. She has been living in her carrying case for the last month..I finally cleaned her tank yesterday. She had so much fun swimming around after her lack of gallons of water..hence the blurry..is hence the right word?! Anyways, her tank is downstairs so the daycare kids can enjoy her. All the kids were so excited she was back. Some had never even met her. My favorite is when Kenzie Kay came and yelled to her dad "daddy turtle! daddy look turtle!" He chuckled and said "yeah Ive seen it before." Well newsflash mr. dad, Cotton is like a rockstar and the kids cant get enough of her! Especially when its dinner time..and worms are on the menu! Snap if you love Cotton!
